Message	you get sick of homeowner DIY and realize you have WAY better things to be spending that time on, and, as a matter of fact, it might just be worth that money, after all. Unless, of course, you love working on the house. But I'd rather be in the garage or making websites. Or a whole list of other activities, for that matter. Have I mentioned I'm not looking forward to putting a bathroom back together? :-P Sometimes I miss the days of having a landlord...
